Instructor: Carol Anderson, Historic Foodways & 19th Century Confections Expert
You will learn the art and mystery of the Confectioner’s Yuletide trade and treats while exploring the world of sugar work.
This workshop is open to four participants per class. Please choose the date and time in which you would prefer to join us. Children under 6 years of age may attend at no cost with a registered adult.
