Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item: Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 1. Please email hfha@earthlink.net to request a refund. 2. Mail your returned item to: Harpers Ferry Historical Association Returns Department PO Box 197 Harpers Ferry, WV 25425 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and a copy of the receipt. Return Exceptions: Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.
